115 lbs with muscle ups - no misses = 13.29 which is almost a 5 minute PR over last year with 20lb increase today and muscle ups instead of jumping MUs.
Great job this morning peeps! Lots of good sweating going on!
I thought this might interest some of you: Harvard has it. Duke has it. Stanford and Mayo Clinic have it. And now Dr. James McMinn, a pioneer in the field, is bringing integrative medicine to Birmingham. Though western-trained and board-certified with over 20 years of experience administrating traditional medicine, Dr. McMinn has grown fully to embrace the concept and practice of integrative, complementary, and functional medicine, by which means he feels he can “expand the therapeutic toolbox" he brings to the care of his patients. With an emphasis on prevention through anticipating and treating the underlying causes of disease, Dr. McMinn has been able to help many of his patients not only to stay well but even to reach their optimal wellness potential.
