i am beyond sore from wednesday's WOD (100 pull ups/100 ring dips). and if you can believe it, it's NOT my arms that are the worst (although they are really sore). it's my calves! they are crazy sore from standing on my tip toes to reach the pull up bar! i didn't even think about until the next day, but i was basically on my tip toes for 25 minutes straight! haha! i could barely stand this morning!

Cynthia and Brooke - you all weren't on the board yesterday....I'm lost without your WOD numbers to guage my efforts on any given day. Only if I know how far behind you two I am can I properly guage how hard I need to work to maintain that distance.
