i subbed 30 MUs for 30 rounds of 3 pull ups (kipping) and 3 ring dips (red band assisted). i finished in 25:34. then i did 10 more of each move so i could say i did 100 pull ups and 100 ring dips. :)
Every time I read this blog, I get inspired by someone's awesome work. Good job everyone! I'm so proud of you all. I skipped this morning and opted for some yoga, but I'll see you in the morning.
Today for me was a unique blend of frustration and inspiration. Being the only one in the gym using assistance (green band on PU's) was frustrating but watching everyone's else was inspiring. Thanks to everyone for the support; the formula for converting frustration to inspiration.

Ok I was very concerned about this workout but please to average under 2 every minute for a time of 14:40 and only 2 misses!

10:46 pr woohoo! Stayed on 2s every 40 sec for first 14, then went to singles. Last time i did this, my time was over 28 min.
