That one was rough! I thought the same thing when I saw the 5:15 people laying on the floor. I walked back into the house and Rusty asked if I had a hard workout because I looked spent. 45# 138.

Whew! Thanks, Bill! I am still wobbly. Hydration will be my motto of the day.

50# and 202 total reps - I can't remember the breakouts other than my HPC were consistent at 20-20-21 per round. Everything else was all over the place and box jumps I kept getting light-headed!

I was able to push jerk 55 today. could only do 45 yesterday so the video helped, but I'm still not all the way there.
I think my break out was
33HC/49BJ/33FS/47Burps/16PJ's
Yay Burpees!

BTW, the soreness I was still feeling this am, from Monday's Cindy, actually seemed to diminish after this workout...
Anyone else notice this?

Stacey- the only diminishing I really noticed was copious amounts of energy. I knew this was a hum dinger when we got home and Sandy went straight for coffee and tangerines.

I concur on the push jerk video if you mean the hands free video. That actually helped me think through the point at which the bar is weightless. (My next goal is to get that puppy airborne);o)

Tonya- you mistake the 5:15 crew's laying on the floor for being pooped. Actually that is our standard Cash Out - tabata resting.

I thought my score wasn't very good until i looked at my score last time...i got a 49 rep PR!
