RX 4:32 first 21 P/ups unbroken (that just means I didn't come off the bar-not continuous). Next 2 sets were broken up mathletematically (not without thought).
Can't believe I'm saying this Cori but the fat bar may be to some advantage. I'm thinking it's because I don't have to wrap my thumbs continuously.... but the jury is still out on that.

I didn't think I would like the fat bar more, especially with my small hands but I think I do as well. I keep my thumb "unwrapped" too. Not however, when we are heading To Estobar.

I broke up my pull ups in sets of 3 since it was the common denominonmeonmenator (divisor really) of 21/15/9 .
Also had fun going from "L-sit" to tuck to handstand on the bars. Coach Drew said I couldn't go to tuck from L unless I was going to press into a handstand. Since I didn't know I couldn't do it, I did it.
Way to go girl! You never know unless you try! That is inconceiveable.
Amber: Yesterday's OUTLAW WOD looks good. The bench press/row combo is a nice "push/pull" workout. We should do that for class sometime.
