This gives an entirely new meaning to a 21-15-9 WOD. Too bad I have to miss - work conflict.

New slogan idea for Carport T-Shirt (seen at recent Crossfit Games):

"I don't rap; I AMRAP."

when i saw this wod, i LOVED it! totally my type of wod....one barbell, not too heavy, a couple of gymnatics movements thrown in. has my name written all over it!

amber and i ran it together this morning. i was sooooo nervous! haha! one of my biggest problems is running wods with people and when i start getting behind, i get a defeated feeling and slow down or give up. today i concentrated on not worrying about where amber was in her wod and worrying about where i was in my own wod. we were pretty much rep for rep....she would get a rep or two ahead and then i would catch up. she beat me by 2 hspu.

thrusters unbroken
pullups unbroken (yay! first time to do thrusters and pullups unbroken like that)
snatch 9/6
c&j 6/5/4
dl unbroken
hspu 5/4
overall, i'm pleased w/ my performance. if anything, i could've done the c&j's 9/6.
