so, yeah....this wod is called "careful" for a reason. i got my first official box jump injury today after 3 years of crossfittin. definitely not a sandy box jump injury, but almost a brooke box jump injury.

on a better note, i did PR my front squat at 170#, and i also PR'd my squat clean at 155#! i got through round 3 of the wod and was on box jump 3 of round 4 when i missed. my thought right before i missed "come on you have to get sub 5!" i had to call amber to come rescue me. i crawled to my phone, and as i'm calling her, i look over at macie, and she's like lord of the flies baby with blue chalk all over her face from where i gave her a piece of chalk....it was quite a site. me on the floor rolling around clutching my leg while macie draws on her face. lol!

thanks amber and hill girls for coming down! hopefully i can get back in the game tomorrow. i picked the skin off of the box i was jumping on, so ya'll don't have to worry about that being left behind bahahaha

Hope you mend up quick and don't have nightmares. You and Brooke and Sandy now have an official club-I'm not joining-the initiation hazing is too radical.

The lord of the flies reference to Maci gave me a great belly laugh though;O}

I didn't do the work out I just pushed the sled up and down 4 times that was 80 pounds

WOD 6:00 with 105#, 20" box

I went back to the gym at 7:00 to work on MU and ended up setting a PR for 30 MU for time!! Woohoo! I did MU on the minute for 10 min plus some bonus time to finish the 30 MU.
3-3-3-3-3-3-2-2-2-2-2-2 (11:17) PR!

After that I got 3 consecutive long arm MU. I'm glad to finally figure those out. :)
