Good job today everyone! Good PR's, and some solid attempts on heavier weights. The a.m. crew brings a lot of energy to the scene.

Bill, thanks for checking on me. I hate missing. Will be there Monday morn. It's really great to have my butt kicked at the WODs by such nice people. Also very proud to have Amber and Cori as coaches.

I think I could have gone heavier for sure, but I have been "skeered" of cleans and I was working on the jerk. Think I got it Sat!
I also PR'd the clean @ 105.
