Maria- the reason I gave you that look like a dog looking at a watch when you were trying to explain partioning was because you may have been speaking English but I was hearing Swedish. For future reference here is how my brain works...you have 150 roasted salted almonds - 100 sunmaid dried apricots - 50 Shipleys cake donuts. You have to eat them all in 16 minutes - how are you going to make that happen? That I can understand! 25:48 44lb KB. Nothing unbroken - nothing partitioned logically - 75 real DUs the rest side to sides. I think I did 10 extra HSPUs...I'm all about the game. I'm happy.
I knocked out the DU's first by sets of 50; modified the HSPU with my knees on the 24" box and completed 5 rd sets of 10; the KB swings I just did 1 pood and began with a set of 10, then 4 sets of 20,capped with 10. I alternated between HSPU and KB's until done.

13.26 with a mat on the HSPU
I did 5 sets of 30/20/10. First 2 sets did DU's/attempts, the rest I did leaps over the kettlebell. 1 pd kb, and box pushups. 18:46.
