i was SO disappointed in my fs and bs today. i was 20# off both of my prs. i was thinking that my weaknesses were really called out, and blah, blah, blah. but i need to take it easy on myself b/c i realized that fri i did heavy dl's, sat i did box jumps and squat snatch, and sun i did dl's and heavy front squats. so i think my squatters and posterior chain are just spent.

i look forward to doing the fs and bs again when i'm more rested.

The 400 meter sprints Friday did a number on my rt. knee. Had it iced Saturday and yesterday I rested it. I don't know if it's a good idea to do this WOD today or not. Thoughts?

that is hysterical! i wasn't sure if he was having a twitch-attack or if he was doing situps! hahahahaha! david puma is totally IN SHAPE and ready for the games after all of those situps and pushups!
