i often search other crossfit sites for inspiration on our cashouts. (what, you thought i was just that creative?) often times, i run across really great blog posts, articles and whatnot. today i found this one about skill work: http://www.crossfitpowerperformance.com/595/skill-work-why-its-important/ i remember when i first started cf. i wanted to do a pullup so stinking bad, i would stay after every wod and practice, practice, practice until my hands were raw. (if anyone was at the gym last night, you would've seen brooke hill doing those pullups on the rings over and over and over...truly inspiring!) it took me about 2 months, but i finally got them.
the carport thought for the day: what do YOU want to master and are you willing to stay an extra 15 minutes to practice?
keep up those cash in and cash out routines. those really make a difference. they warm you up and after your wod they force you do one more thing that maybe you just don't want to do. keep up the good work
Well I got Badgered. Made it 2 rounds and the Badger got me in the calf as I was coming into the box. No leg work for 10 days. Gotta watch out for the Badger.
You know, I think the Badger got everyone before they got to the box today. Where was everyone.

running was....sucky.
You are inspiring. I am going to get the pull-ups. And I am going to get the muscle-ups too.
Cori your right most crossfitters are around 30 to 40 min
