i was satisfied with my time...that is until drew busted my bubble. first 3 rounds were unbroken. after that, i set the bar down after the 6th snatch balance. next time, i'll shoot for sub 15. i wish my capacity was as high as what drew expects of me. :) i'm working on it.

Cori I guess it was real bad when I tried to recover with "that time was good being so close to your max" and u said, "no i used 65lbs."

but for a while i can post the (Cori) wod prediction the night before. but i go with the motto " shoot for the stars settle for moon. :)

STARS= sub 15
moon= sub 20

I want to get the definitions before class.

power snatch - from ground to OHS
snatch balance - from back rack to OHS
overhead squat - keep bar over head the whole time.
