Football Flashback


For time:
150 Push Ups

*Every time you stop and rest with your chest on the ground this constitutes a penalty. If a penalty is counted, you must immediately sprint 40 yards. Once the penalty is completed continue with the push ups.

*You can rest in a pike position (the top of a push up) but once you can not do push ups any longer and need to rest on the ground, a penalty is counted and a 40 yard sprint must be completed.

it took me less time than i thought it would. i held on 10's except for 2 rounds. i'm pleased with that considering my pushups suffered the most from not doing them when pregnant.

annnnnnnnnnd, on a different note, i want everyone to really focus on hydrating sufficiently during the day if you are coming to the gym tonight. record humidity levels are predicted. caffeine will dehydrate you, so really chug the water. also try to stay away from sugary sports drinks. but ya'll already know all of that. :)
