i got 110# for curtis p 1RM. i did 10.5 rounds of 10x45#ohs and 10xburpees while waiting for the 6:30p class. then i did 8 rounds plus 7 ohs of the rxd wod during the 6:30 class. my ohs weight was 65#. i had 2 squat snatch misses in round 1, which cost me time. then i had my rope break in round 2, which also cost me time. i think i could've gotten 10 rounds had everything gone right at the beginning. but, yeah....excuses. i didn't go hard enough after the malfunctions is the truth of the matter...so i really shouldve gotten 12 rounds. ha!
