Take the words “genetic freak” out of your vocabulary and substitute the words “hard working, committed, and focused” and you will have removed one obstacle to doing things you never thought possible..
Every one needs to snatch so today everyone is a Big Dawg. Lots of Vids on how to do this on the CrossFit Journal. http://journal.crossfit.com
Look up Olympic Lifting or Burgener.

10000m row @1:55
Drew - I expect that you meant 10K row in 21:55 - which is amazing!!! That's the time it took me to go 5K.
How much left in your Million Meter row?
I think that was his 500 pace. 10k m @ 1:55/500 m
ED that would be more than amazing. if u ever see a time like that from me something was wrong with the pm3 monitor on the rower.
thanks for clearing that up,Will
but i am aiming for a 1:55 "Isabel"
10:12. 15 @ 65lb 10@75lb 5@85lb.
That would be good Drew, better than good actually. Just watched Josh Everett do it in 1:11 so 1:55 is a solid solid time.
