I think my time was about 15:49(?) I know it was about 10 seconds slower than Mitch @#%@$ - he was rockin' the Box Jumps. Sam rocked the whole workout too - good job! Good workout for those of us that need to work on DUs.
How does this one sound Drew. This was such a wonderfully challenging and fun filled workout putting together doubles one dbl attempt at a time. It's ok because my head didn't pop off. I think that my amazing ability to contain my inner most thoughts was astounding, each dbl at a time.

my double unders have definitely gotten better since practicing them once a week....better than they were prepregnancy which is so awesome!! thanks to coach drew and coach amber for the rockin' programming!
i also did a light 65# isabelle with drew and kelly since my time wasn't fast enough for drew yesterday. yesterday 2:42. today 1:56 holla! now if i could do isabelle in 1:56 with 95#, i'd be in business! :)
I have a nice "war injury" on my left leg from missing one of my box jumps tonight. No worries, Tis but a flesh wound! Getting better at jumping rope since I had to do triple Rx (in place of DUs).

if u are sub 10 u can (jump,jump) or your air is big. if u are sub 8 u can go to the games. if we are sub 20 we got better at jumps ha

I could be faster on box jumps. I don't stop but I'm not "rebounding". A good WOD though.

sub 10 I was happy with my DUs they were not rest. but easier than jumping on the box. like it should be
Kelly that is it, keep up the GOOD work. so even if I have a sub par time. I focus on fitness and what i did well in the WOD
