COUCH TO 5K
Run 12 minutes out from Carport, Run back to Carport recording the
time it took you to get back (try to get back in a faster time)

if u are not good at the full snatch or power snatch brake it into 3. 1deadlift,2high hang, 3jump pull turnover.

That would be good Drew, better than good actually. Just watched Josh Everett do it in 1:11 so 1:55 is a solid solid time.

95# 6:34 w abysmal form. Gotta get better at that. There's a lot going on w that movement. Thanks to cori for all the help.
