Drew ur killing me, more squats, more shoulder movement. Oh how sickly sweet you are my friend. You know this is my least favorite WOD. The best thing is that I will PR today, although that isn't saying much considering the first time was pathetic.

Kelly, if u think it would be better for your fitness, to run the puppies scale. it would be understandable knowing the hard Rx wods u have done this week.:)

I remember doing this in the fall, but I didn't have a journal at the time so I don't remember what my time was. :/ That means that today is automatically a PR!

24:22 Rx. There were a couple times on the wall balls I just couldn't get it up. These thruster like movements are killer. HAha

My goal was sub 5/ round and I got it.

the 6:30 class was fantastic! i hope that scott and judy post their info. everyone should be jealous of the 6:30 class. we're very cool.

i did 3 round, 400m run, 30x 20" box, 30x 14# ball to 8'+ mark. time was 24:30. brutal!

Will wow we can know call u "Mighty Myers" i like that. great work. I was trying for sub 25 box jumps are not my best exercise but I jumped up and jumped down I had to think about how BLESSED i am to have awesomely sore legs.

(bottom line) is I got manhandled today. It was (hard and great) to see my time get rounded but i will get back on track tomorrow it is more in my "strong suet"

Sore legs are the best! A good reminder to keep mobilizing/ stretching constantly. Kelly plays to my strengths. Push through the run then just keep going up and down 60 times.
