21:50 bar dip green, sumo deadlift high pull w/ 1 pood. That's 7X 12 reps of all that! And just like everyone, bought in w/ 25 burpees (1:30). Will sleep well... :-)

I did 95. Mostly unbroken, 3 rds I put it down once.
15 min-ish Rx. Got interrupted around round 3 so I'm not sure exactly.
