the limiting factor was my GRIP! yowza...i couldn't open my hands when i was through. i'm not sure if my time is good or not. we will see what the p.m. class throws down.
I'm back from St. Croix! And what an experience. I was unable to complete the 50 mile race due to injury. I am not even sure what ails me at this point. I am seeing the ortho on Monday. No XFit for me, just ice! It was a beautiful trip at least. This will be the perfect time to clean up my diet!
Rachel, we can be a team! I am out with a tweaky shoulder so I figure if we work together, we may be able to complete a WOD. I can do all the running, jumping, squatting. You do anything that involves the use of your arms. haha.
