You haven't played cards until you have played cards at the gym!
Shuffle a deck of cards and start the timer. Each numbered card is face value, aces are 20, and face cards are 10.
Hearts - Burpees
Diamonds - Pushups
Spades - Situps
Clubs - Squats J
okers - Double your next card

I don't understand. When does it stop? You just draw cards for the entire hour? Start the timer and draw one card? Does each person draw a card or does everyone have the same card? I need some more explanation, please.

I got both jokers on pushups.
1st time it was 20pu, send one I only had to do 10. Thank goodness I didnt get them on burpees. Those pushups were tough but not as tough as burpees. :)
I did the 2nd GAMES WOD. Completed 8 rounds plus 11 box jumps. Tough workout but had 3 good coaches pulling me through!
amber - the pushups were KILLING me!!! that was the first wod in a while that i thought "I don't know if I can finish this."
