strive for virtuosity in EVERYTHING you do! from crossfit to being a parent to taking pride in your work. i forget how much i love crossfit sometimes...it helps me be a better person in all areas of my life. for me, it isn't only about pullups and beating boys. it's about improving ALL of me. it helps me know that i can do anything i put my mind to, one step, rep, pound at a time....i just have to put one foot in front of the other.

ok. i'll get off my soapbox now. have a great weekend everyone! hopefully i'll see you guys in the box tomorrow morning!

Haven't maxed in a while and felt good at 1 rep so went for 2 then 3. The last one just wasn't there.

I was shooting for tenacity and virtuosity coach Cori.

Our team is ready. It's under Carport Crossfit. It's $20.00 and you must register by March 11th. Drew will go under 23:00 for a PR, Paul will be around 22:50, Ed at 27:30. Russ? You gonna run it man? Anyone else? Let's get a good showing from our gym!

Dan did awesome...I'll have to let him post his own numbers, however I WILL SAY that he CLIMBED THE ROPE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVAH!!!!! Way to go Dan!!!!

Actually, I have been able to climb the rope since before I started (hands only), I just wanted Drew and the rest of the staff feel like I am making progress.... Well, that and I didn't want rampage to feel bad.
