TABATA DEADLIFT CHALLENGE

Professional - 315#
Collegiate - 275#
High School - 225#
Rec League - 185#

*Start the clock and perform as many reps as possible for 20 seconds of deadlifts. Rest 10 seconds. Repeat this 7 more times for a total of 8 sets. Your score is counted by the total number of reps in 8 sets.

*The goal is 50+ reps.

i started this wod after doing the box jump/push up wod using 185#.

7-5-3-1- and then i stopped. yep, that's right. i decided to simply stop.
