SPEED WORK - 8am at Shades Valley Middle School track 8 x's 400 Meters with 30 seconds rest. This is a 1/2 mile increase from last week's work. Bring your notebooks to log your times.
1:28, 1:27, 1:31, 1:31, 1:33, 1:29 1:35, and 1:25. This was with 30 seconds rest between intervals. Great workout. This is exactly what I need. My 5k PR is 20:32 on The Red Nose course in January 201 Almost 1 year ago. The goal for me today was to stay under 1:35!

Make up burpees in Dallas. Oh and yes that was 62. Had not worked out since Tuesday. Yea cori. U know burpees are bigger in Texas
