Forrest- 39:20 RX. Ugh..
rowed 10000M while Dave ran "Forrest" it made it close 38:45 had 1000M left when Dave started the last Run my last 500M was the fastest @ 1:40.We made that up on the fly it was a good contest
Yes it was! 10k row vs. Forrest! That was fun man. Thanks for pushing me on that one. You made me go! This could be a new thing at the gym. Comparable WOD's in a race!Cori on Fran vs. my 1 mile run!
