It would be nice to have someone to try keep up with besides Drew. I like a challenge as much as the next guy but come on. 3:45,4:00 with 30 sit ups in between4:05 with 30 sit ups in between4:09 with 10 sit ups 5 beginer ghd sit ups and 10 ghd sit ups
Drew 3:05,3:09,3:15,3:1330 ghd sit ups between Andrew did real well running while on 2 phones & lining up service calls. That is athletic all in itself.I was poking at Dave about having a 1 athlete class and I had a 1 athlete class. I think everyone did it at home.101 was great, to see big improvements.
Trey Gunter, Scott pate, and Adam trammell called me and said they were going to run it at home. I don't think Trey could make it because he was seeing that guy about fixing the handy dandy clock.
