"Tabata Something Else"


Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Subs:
Pull ups- Assisted or Beginner pull ups
Push ups- Box or wall push ups (Not knee push ups)
Squats- EVERYONE NEEDS TO SQUAT!

Whew, that was tough this morning! I was a long off my best score of 408. My legs were getting so tired squatting they were burning. I usually make up points on squats - not today! Situps were my fav. Those went as planned, even a little better on last round.

sigh. tabata is not a good wod for a pregnant lady. :( i can't push myself, especially if i'm supposed to rest as needed to catch my breath. i guess i'll shoot for a certain number of reps for each exercise and try to hit that every 20 secs.

amber - your legs were probably toast from the ohs last night...

should've done 5's on the pulls.
total 222....a long way from my usual tabata score, but i'm wearing a 12# vest that will keep getting heavier, so i'll take it! :)
