I think Amber was sandbaggen exponentially. She will tighten up in the P.M and get B.W. for around 10reps

I have been doing things differently this summer. I have consistently trained 5 days a week and have done lots of 2-a-days.
Since I started coaching in the a.m. and doing some of the wods in the p.m. I have gotten a lot stronger. During the school year, I don't have time to be down there that often. This summer I have enjoyed getting to do some extra workouts. I am really enjoying hitting my goals!

75, 95, 105, 125(miss), 125.

Then we closed out with 5 rounds for time of 10 overhead squats at 1/2 your max and 15 wall balls. I had 7:45 on that.

Drew 225 no misses.

3rd round did 185 15x. That is 1 of my goals to do my B.W 15x but I weigh 199.
