This was a fun wod! It was not as hard as I expected. I really wish I would have pushed myself harder. Evening crew will easily be sub 30. I am looking forward to seeing who wins this. :)

kelly did awesome...there's nothing harder than wanting to quit with every bone in your body, but coming back to finish. YOU FINISHED and now, you have a time to beat for next time! because, kelly, that's the beauty of CF! there is ALWAYS a next time! :)

i did 5 rounds of 500m row, 30x20" box step ups, 30x10# wallball to the bottom of the board. 43:13 i'm just trying to keep moving.
