Drew 425 was all i had today I think i got star struck by Zach. But he said he wanted to beat me at ALL crossfit. he is off to a good start 1for 1.

I was just explaining what i think star struck is to my 10 year old (autumn) she said nobody can ever beat u dad.so I am going to have to work hard to regain my daughter confidence in my crossfiting

5x135# deadlifts

all dl's and burpees were unbroken. (i'll take my victories where i can.)
still did burpees rxd (again, i'll take my victories), but that might be one of the last times til the lil peanut is born. :( rxd burpees, i will miss you.....sniff, sniff. YAY burpees!!
