Puppies if you cannot do pull ups do assisted or beginner pull ups.

Looks like Barbara and Angie are related. More pull ups, push ups, squats, and sit ups. Thank God! I knew we didn't get enough yesterday! See you guys tonight.

Unbroken pullups, situps, and squats. I got the hang of butterfly pullups today. I finally got the timing right so they felt easy.

I don't have the breakdown. I did manage to do pullups unbroken this time, so I'm pretty sure it's a good bit faster than last time.
