amber - you're totally doing this wod with your new muscle-up trick, aren't you!? i have to admit, i'm excited about getting back into the gym tonight to do a few of them myself! woot!

Sunday-I did not run. I was off yesterday and it was nice to get some rest.

I started off with the new MU progression but after a couple MU I just could not get them. I changed bands, moved rings up to get more kip. No luck, still stuck. I moved to the deadhang MU prog that I have been doing and finished the WOD like that.
After the WOD was over, I figured out that my rings were set too high. No wonder I couldn't get up there! The band wasn't helping me get through the transition. Learned something new :)
I may re-run this Saturday.
