17:45 with a poor ROM on hspu and also bar dips instead of ring dips. I need new shoulders!

Was really looking forward to crossfit this morning - injured last night in a roller skating accident. Hopefully better tomorrow (not skating today).

15:29 also with poor ROM on hspu and had to got to hspu on the box after the 21 set (bar dips also). Excellent workout though! Dave, way to go on sticking the the hspu the whole time! Drew, it was good to meet you and looking forward to hitting some more killer workouts like this one! Jason...don't be showing off for the kids anymore at the skate rink! I know you probably owned it back in the 80's but that was a long time ago!
