did this one last night. 16:59. hspu kipping. i like wods like this.
19:57 with a 1 pood weight. I couldn't get the kipping hspu to work well, it needs practice.

I don't remember my exact time I know it was like 19 and some change. What really did me in was that blasted 500m row.
21 and some change. Hardest workout of the week! Everything Rx except hspu. 500m row at 1:39 for warm up. I agree with Trey on that row, it blasted my legs pretty good!
