12:16 by the pack. Deadlifts weren't bad at all. Probably move to 210 maybe. Doubles take a while when you do single single double. I am getting in sync though. I got a lot of singles in when you count all my misses. Needed an extra lung.

Pack 12:16. No problem with the deadlifts. May be able to go up to 215. Double unders were slow when you have to go single, single, double, single, single, double. Getting better at it but lots of misses. Had to add in 350 ab exercises after for good measure.
