Did it in 16:06. I wasn't sure about this one when I first read it because I used to have so much trouble with Double Unders. I think that Buddy Lee jump rope helped. Another good workout! I just had breakfast at 5:00am and now I feel like I'm about to starve!

Amber beat me so bad last week she was recovered and clapping for me. better this time. this time it was "bother Mark" clapping.

Cori a few more build out weekends and we will be ready. maybe with Cross-fit rebellion. OR..... When Dave gives you a ring.
