Did 10:45 without deadlifts. Racing a 10k on Saturday and do not want my lower back to be sore. I couldn't pull those thrusters. For some reason I was weak on that 95lbs. Not pleased at all with that time. I want a re-do.

34:00 - got SMOKED! But did Rx - 95# thrusters and the 225# deadlifts.

Did 14:39 but did deadlifts with 95#. The Burpees smoked me! I made it harder on myself by adding in the pushup. Glad to be back to Crossfit. Great first workout!!

18 min pack. Ok let's see after 3 days which muscles are trashed: bicepts, forearms, posterior delts, pecs, tri's, lats, traps, and legs in general. What do I have to say: I'M LOVIN IT. BRING IT ON. GOT TO GET THE OTHER LUNG BACK I COUGHED UP.

Nice job today Scott. He was smokin it.

That was much harder than I expected. I am still getting over Annie from last Friday so my burpees were sssslllooowwww. I am so glad I can actually do a WOD today! Haha
