Since the gym was closed Friday, we are running that WOD today.

30 muscle ups for time.

Beginners will do jumping pull-ups and dips or push-ups.

44:00 OUCH! Jumped off box for the muscle ups.....

I dont remember my exact time. It was either 9:43 or 8:43. I did jumping pull-ups from the ground and static dips.
