Amber finished 7th out of 13 advanced women.
Top 16 competitors in the advanced category competed in the final event. Whoever won the last event, won the Games! Competitors were lined up in a staggered start. 1st place going into the final event started first, followed by 2nd, then 3rd and so on. Amber started 1:35 after the first girl. The workout....
25lb overhead walking lunge uphill (200M)
30 snatches, 65lb
80lb sandbag carry 300M
40 wallball shots, 12lb ball
50 burpees

Thank you all for your support and encouragement. We had a great weekend. We were the only trainers from Birmingham competing. Christina Van Der Hulst from CrossFit Birmingham took 1st place. If you go to their site, be sure to congratulate her. She is amazing!

Congrats to both of you guys. Enjoyed meeting and competing with you Drew. Keep an eye on those rankings. Looks like some cleanup is needed and I think you my move up a couple spots, who knows :)
