Shuffle a deck of cards and start the timer. Each numbered card is face value, aces are 1, and face cards are 10.
Hearts - Burpees
Diamonds - Pushups
Spades - Situps
Clubs - Double Unders
Jokers - Double your next card

This was a fun but tough workout. What really did me in was the little tiny morsel of last nights WOD. That was nasty!
everyone did great and once again Scott amazed me with a tie for 1st
and for Allen I am going to work on double under a lot U will have to work much harder in the future to beat me but keep a tally theirs 111111111111111111111111111111111
