Since Dave will be in the gym tonight doing this wod, and since Dave LOVES to beat my times....I will throw him a bone.
I did this wod (and thought it was miserable) about 2 weeks ago. I used a 15# med ball to the 10' target, ensuring full rom on all wall-ball shots and chin above bar for all pullups. (rom is my weakness, so working on it diligently.)
My time was 33:04, and I was disappointed in it. There were some posts on the mainsite with times in the 20-25 minute range.
Dave - you have officially been challenged! :) What a great wod to go out on before you have to rest for 3 weeks!
