my time was 12:35, but i only did 85# full cleans/full rom on GHDs. been working on my front squat at 95#, so it's definitely helped my cleans keeping the weight in a nice front rack. it was agreed that i coulda done 95#, however it might've been a little ugly at times. and s-l-o-w. i'll get 'er next time!
