This was a WOD made up for me to challenge myself to stop taking breaks for water so much! It totally worked. No water breaks at all and I got a 26:57.

I'm gonna start coming at night and working on skills. Hand stand push ups, and muscle ups.

I had to do box elevated push ups today and it's time for me to do all these WODS RXD and quit finding excuses.

I'll be seeing you guys twice a day now. Morning WOD and skills in the evening.
