95, 115, 135, missed on 155, then on the 5th round attempted 155 again. Completed one front squat at 155, squatted the second and then threw the weight.

Skills-Worked on my grip with really pushing my elbows out in front of me and getting comfortable with my wrist and how the bar sits. I think that's a lot of the weakness. I can drive it up with no problem due to hip and leg strength.

Tonight I'll be practicing my hand stand push up again. I have a goal date of 12/31 to be able to do these correctly.

I posted the site for te competetion next weekend. If you guys go that would be awesome. Cori said it's only 10.00 to enter. I'm gonna give intermediate a shot. I'll be there anyway.
