My shoulders/arms/wrists are all wobbly...and my hands & knees look rough. But another satisfying workout in the bag! If I could just get my diet under control...lacking major motivation here.

ARGH!!

once again, i turned my alarms off instead of hitting snooze! woke up at 6 and did my own WOD.

4 rounds for time:
400m run
15 DB push press w/ 10# DB (the heaviest i own...)
15 burpees

took me around 20 minutes. i forgot to look at my start time. it's hard WODing alone in my guest bedroom. :(
