Way to go with that 75lbs Cori! I tried a few of those warming up and realized quickly my engine couldn't sustain that extra10 lbs. Are you talking about OHS grip or TTB grip? My TTB grip went to fingers only there at the end.
thanks stacey but i'm running tomorrow for speedwork. my running plan is twice a week (wed speedwork/sun long run), and the rest is crossfit for me.
neck muscle is a common strain with hang power cleans....means you were shrugging, which is good. but it sure does hurt! it happened to me when i first started doing them. you should feel better in a day or two. just stretch your neck....gentle head circles...and a perfect time for your signficant other to give a massage :)
Stacey- I'm so glad you mentioned your neck pain (not that I'm glad you're in pain), but mine is killing me too! :) Will be seeing what the evening class has to offer tonight, but I bet it won't be as good as the morning super-star crew!
bill - just wanted to let you know i mentioned to amber that you wished you could see the results from the p.m. classes and VIOLA! look what she did! now....if i can only remember to take a pic and send it to her every night........
Cynthia - so happy to be back in the gym today! Not WOD'ing for almost 2 weeks makes the first one back interesting:) I am excited to have "The Board" posted, but need to make an addition - I did a MOD WOD because of my knee and did HSPU's to 2 folded mats and toes to rings. I just don't want to look back at this WOD and wonder what I was on to do that many rounds! Nice to meet you Brandi and thanks for the shout out to the 5:30 pm class:) We like the folks in the a.m. too, but it is too early!
cyn, i think the pic of the board is so that everyone can compare their times to everyone else....not really for wod tracking. i suggest continuing to write your wod info in your book. :)
