10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Pack: 3-6-9 modified HSPU, RAP (ring-assisted pistols) or single dumbbell step up 40/25lb dumbbell to 24/20" box; pull-ups
Pups: knee pushups, unweighted box step ups 20/16", ring rows 3, 6, 9 reps for 10 minutes
