G46 - BACK SQUAT x 3

20 minutes to establish a 3RM. (Compare to11/30/17 or 2/20/18). Total of your 5 best sets is your score.

Then

Tabata box jumps for total reps. (24/20)
1min Rest
Tabata Burpees for average reps.

Final score is back squat score plus (total box jump reps multiplied by average Burpee reps). Compare to 6/16/15 and 6/29/17

Here is an example that will hopefully clarify the scoring on this WOD.
Back squat - 150+150+155+160+150 = 765
Box Jumps = 100 reps
Avg Burpees = 8/8/9/9/9/7/7/7 = 8 reps

Final score 
765 + (100)(8) = 765 + 800 = 1565
