Cleans, Ball Slams, DU

EMOM for 10 min using 60% max Clean
1 Squat Clean, 3 sec hold at bottom of squat
2 Front Squats as fast as possible

Then

For time
50-40-30-20-10 reps of
Ball Slams 30/20
Double Unders

Tonight was rough. 75# for EMOM which was fine, but the metcon was brutal. Singles, 20 lb ball, 15:01. The Singles reps were supposed to be 150-120-90-60-30, but if we could do unbroken reps of 100,90,60,40,20 we didn't have to finish the rest of the reps per round. I did unbroken rounds of 100 and 90, broke the 60, then did the 40 and 30 unbroken. I'll be feeling this one tomorrow.
