3 x 3 minute rounds with 2 min rest between rounds. During each round, climb the ladder as high as possible then restart after 2 min rest.

24 DU or JOBs

32 DU or JOBs
10 H2O
40 DU or JOBs
....continuing the pattern for three minutes.
